Frank graduated as a Civil Engineer in 1975 from University College Cork and effectively started his career as a consultant engineer and building surveyor in 1987. Frank Ross started a consultancy practice in 1991, specialising in engineering and building surveying. Also, from 2005 to 2012, he worked as a property developer.
However, from 2008 he has focused full time on his professional practice specialising in engineering consultancy and building surveying. He carries out condition structural surveys on all types of buildings, provides advice on all aspects of construction of new buildings, protected structures, buildings in architectural conservation area, new extensions, renovation & repairs. Frank also project manage/supervise building projects for the clients. He prepares planning applications, provides fire certificates submissions, disability access certificates submissions, transfer maps and compliance certification with planning & building regulations. He prepares litigation reports and acts as expert witness. Frank Ross is also an Assigned certifier BMCS.

Alicja graduated as Environmental Engineer from Wroclaw University of Environmental and Live Sciences in Poland in 2006. Alicja commenced work for Frank Ross as the office engineer in 2012 and she specialises in building surveying, building designs, preparing planning applications, fire safety certificates, disability access certificates, mapping and general engineering duties.
